A native of South Africa, Grant Langston grew up racing motocross. He began racing KiddieCross, South Africa`s amateur racing series at age five, and set many records prior to entering professional racing. Once in the pros, Grant's winning ways continued as a Motocross de Nations Champion, 2000 FIM 125cc World Champion, 2003 AMA Motocross 125cc Champion, 2003 AMA Supermoto Champion and 2005 AMA Supercross Lites West Champion. Langston is a bad ass on and off a dirt bike!

When not training or racing, Langston enjoys spending time freeriding out in the hills with friends, motorcycle road racing, go-karts, watching Formula 1, surfing, golf and playing video games.

Now a member of team factory Yamaha aboard the YZ450F for 2007, Langston looks to continue his winning ways in the premiere 450F class in Supercross and Motocross.
