On A Mission!
Posted by: Cropley | Tuesday, March 21, 2006 6 commentsNick Wey was charging this weekend! With a good start in the main, Wey was in the top five after lap one behind Stewart, Carmichael, Tedesco and Byrne. Nick chased down Byrne and battled for position, eventually making the pass stick by lap 13 and setting his sights on Tedesco. With two laps to go the privateer MDK Honda of Wey got inside of the factory Suzuki of Tedesco and made a pass stick for third place!
Wey is currently in fifth place for the series overall points and just seven points back from Tedesco in fourth.

Mar 25, 2006There will be spots open on Honda Suzuki and Yamaha next year. Honda will have 2 spots open, RC is done after this year and Voss will most likely get cut. Langston, Wey and Millsaps should all have Factory rides on the big bikes. Wey might not want to go up if he gets better parts from Honda and better cash. He really likes the team and there is not thhe pressure.
